An approach
The search for meaning is at the heart of this approach. A sense of incompleteness and the loss of bearings in the face of life’s challenges are questions that can be explored through reflection. This approach addresses the fundamental questions of existence: meaning, freedom, responsibility and finitude. It considers the person as a whole, encompassing their physical, relational, social and spiritual dimensions. It draws on the tradition of philosophical practices and Viktor Frankl’s work on existential analysis: discovering or rediscovering what gives life meaning.
